JRCC Inc. (Jr Concrete) was founded in 2004 by Miguel Moreno Jr., Jr Concrete’s corporate office is located in West Sacramento, California. The areas that we service are primarily in Northern California. Jr. Concrete actively maintains both B and C-8 contractor’s license.
